Claire first came to yoga on the advice of a physiotherapist, hoping to support her recovery from an injury. What started as a practical suggestion quickly became something more. After just a few classes, she felt a strong connection - not just to the physical practice but to something deeper. Four years later, in 2017, she completed her yoga teacher training.
As her practice developed, Claire began to seek out a broader perspective - something that reflected the complexity of being human. A friend introduced her to the philosophy of Tantra and something clicked.
Tantra offered a way of relating to life that felt honest; staying with our experience, rather than trying to rise above it. It doesn't ask us to reject discomfort or strive for perfection - it invites us to notice what’s really there and to meet it with awareness. For Claire, it was a shift from trying to fix things, to learning how to be in relationship with them.
Since then, she’s continued to study and share the teachings of Tantra in a practical, relatable way. Whether in studio classes, on retreat, or through mentorship, her approach is simple and grounded. Claire creates space for real conversations and personal reflection, encouraging others to work with what’s present, to move at their own pace and to stay connected to their own experience - without pressure to be anything other than human.
