Embodied Solidarity

A 90-Minute Movement Class for Medical Aid for Palestine

sunday 22nd June - 3pm - 4:30pm - Samya studios

Join Claire for a 90-minute embodied movement class in support of urgent medical relief for Palestinians. This offering will be an invitation to move with purpose and to channel our collective energy into tangible care.

Together, we’ll explore gentle, intuitive and liberatory movement practices designed to help us feel, release and re-align. This is an embodied movement practice which creates space for freedom of movement and it will have minimal vinyasa sequences throughout. This is an offering for both personal grounding and collective support because being able to move freely and safely is not a given for everyone, and in honoring that, we move in solidarity.

Why This Matters

Palestinian lives in Gaza remain at critical risk from illness, starvation and a lack of healthcare due to the Israeli military’s systematic dismantling of Gaza’s health system. Medical infrastructure has been devastated, supplies are critically low and health workers are stretched beyond capacity.

In joining this class, your donation will help provide emergency aid, trauma care, essential medicine and equipment where it’s needed most with all proceeds going directly to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), an organization providing lifesaving and urgent medical care on the ground.

Sliding Scale Contribution

This class is offered on a sliding scale to support accessibility while raising as much as possible for medical aid.

100% of all contributions will be donated directly to MAP as there are no admin fees - every pound donated goes to emergency medical relief.
