About

Claire began her yoga practice in 2013 following an injury and upon recognising the shift it was having on her own mental health, she was drawn to teaching. Since qualifying as a teacher in 2017, she has trained in Vinyasa, Mandala, Embodied and Tantric Flow and she uses movement as a gateway into our bodies innate wisdom and intelligence.

Claire’s classes intend to guide you into a place where you pay attention to not only how the body moves but also with the Bhava (inner intention) that the practice evokes to gain a sense of embodiment. She encourages this by directing focus away from the internal narrative and into the body where being can be felt. Claire is also interested in the discoveries to be made when we allow our body to open and dissolve into free movement so this is weaved throughout her classes.

As well as teaching Flow Yoga, Claire also teaches workshops in Embodiment, Meditation, Kriya, Pranayama, and Inversion focused classes where she utilises her prior training in Gymnastics from a young age. She has also taught at Balance Festival, the UKs leading wellness festival held annually in London.
