Yoga in the Workplace

Corporate yoga has been shown to increase performance, concentration and energy, alleviate physical ailments and back pain - all too common an injury at desk jobs - as well as increase team morale to foster a more tranquil workplace; to open the office into a place for colleagues to move, rest and breathe with one another, really creates a calming work environment which helps soothe their nervous system.
